The mould design and manufacturing achievements also can be embodied by injection molding, and the optimization on design of gates and runners can minimum molding scraps, and the optimization on waterway design into one-way inlet and one-way outlet format can reduce molding period from about 21s to about 14~15s, which thus reduces production cost by a wide margin.
