Product Design Division:supplying product structure designs according to requirements of customers and analyzing rationality of customers’ products, providing guide for customers with respect to application of new technologies, new materials and new processes to new products, assisting customers to have technical and cost advantages in use of its new technologies, new materials and new processes for new products, so as to lead market development of new technologies, new materials and new processes.
Laboratory for development and application of injection die-casting molding and surface treatment process standardization: specializing in introducing, applying related new equipments, new materials and new processes as well as promoting standardization, including improvement and upgrade of existing equipments and their processes.
Laboratory for development and application of moulds and automatic equipments:specializing in developing, improving, upgrading and applying plastic moulds, alloy die-casting moulds, cold punching automatic moulds and automatic equipments with electrical integration as well as promoting research on such devices. With respect to moulds, research towards technologies and application plans of moulds with high precision, long service life and high performance; with respect to automatic equipments, research towards mechanical and electrical integration technologies, artificial intelligence technologies and their application plans.
Laboratory for development and application of new materials:specializing in developing, applying new materials and promoting research on them. With respect to plastics, research towards high temperature resistance, aging resistance, high strength and high performance plastic technologies, environment friendly and biodegrading plastic technologies and their application plans; with respect to metals, research towards light alloy material technologies and high hardness, high wearing resistance carbonized material technologies and their application plans; with respect to coating, research towards environment friendly technologies and nanotechnology as well as their application plans.
