The company uses vacuum electromagnetic interference (EMI) coating process to replace traditional conducting paint spraying process, increasing the density of shielding layer by 1,000 times than that of conducting paint spraying, thus greatly improving its shielding performance with a stable resistance value, the coating for connection of substrate materials and clad layer is of water-based paint that completely meets requirements for environment protection, making this technology occupy a leading position in industry.
In terms of NCVM, the company has resolved the industrial difficulty of NCVM color stability, realizing standard stability of color depositing process; the clad layer has an infinite resistance value (that is, insulation, non-conductive) and stable quality; for coating efficiency, the coating period is shortened from 20-30m / furnace in industry to 10-13m / furnace through improvement for traditional process, thus increasing production efficiency. This non-conductive coating decorative technology ever won the Third Prize of 2009 Dongguan Science and Technology Progress Award, thus having a good market prospect.
Through process improvement and optimization, the process of 3 or 4 times of coatings required by industry to manufacture finished products can be replaced with the process of 2 times of coatings with same achievements, which can reduce cost by 50% and increase efficiency by 40%. In terms of control on yield rate of NVCM products, the company has a process yield of 85%-90% for NVCM products, which is far beyond industrial level of about 75%.
