The company owns advanced imported fully electric injection machine, and has a technical team with abundant experience and production standard process in terms of double injection molding, vertical injection molding, hot-runner injection molding, damascene injection molding, injection molding for carbon fiber conductive materials, injection molding for glass fiber materials with a 50% length increase, molding for high transmittance transparent products, etc., in which mobile phone slides manufactured with damascene molding technology have been firstly applied to Nokia, Samsung, Motorola phones together.
The process average fraction defective and material reject rate for common injection are controlled under 1%, which is far superior to the level of 3%~5% in industry; in terms of molding and appearance deformation control of thin-walled products, the company owns the technology of molding thin-walled products with a 0.25mm thickness, and is capable of controlling size accuracy of plastic products within ±0.01mm. In terms of production of molded products with high requirements such as residual stress control, IM value control, etc., SSUN uses equipments such as stress analyzer, melt index meter, etc. to carry out accurate test and control, and also establishes dust-free constant temperature and humidity workshops of thousand and ten thousand grades specially for injection for transparent products.
SSUN combines research on gas-assisted injection molding, gas-assisted quick cooling and internal vacuum pumping and their applications,allowing to provide effective technical solutions for customers for resolving problems in cooling and deformation of thick-walled products during molding, design of special products, size accuracy control of special materials and products with high appearance

requirements.
In terms of automation technology application, the company researches and develops the damascene injection molding to automatically embed pickup device, allowing SSUN to occupy a leading position in industry in damascene injection molding cost, efficiency and quality control.
SSUN’s injection molding workshop in Dongguan has 56 imported high precision injection molding machines, which all are ultra high speed, high response, full-closed loop Sumitoto and Demag products that are most excellent, having the capacity of injection for 0.2-0.5mm ultra thin-walled plastic articles; meanwhile, such machines are all equipped with traversing automatic knockout machine, independent mould temperature controlling device, fully closed central control, central drying, dehumidification and feeding system, which are operated in dust-free air-conditioning constant temperature workshops, so as to ensure the same quality from the aspect of hardware.
